Over 25 years of experience in trade and supply chain finance. CEO at Linklogis International (Linklogis, HKEX9959), Executive Vice President at Z-Bank, Managing Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and JP Morgan China.

Built Green Link Digital Bank (MAS-licensed digital bank in a JV with Greenland Financials) and led Bank for International Settlements (BIS)’s Project Dynamo, delivering asset tokenization program.

Founded STABO and became operational in Jan 2026 to build next-generation stablecoin payment infrastructure across multiple regulated jurisdictions.
